clean pool, convenient parking, beautiful view
The room smelled terrible, likely due to the carpet!!! The AC unit generated a constant noise, making sleep challenging. Also, the shower pressure felt weak — definitely not the refreshment I was hoping for after a long drive!!!

The pool and hot tub were warm and inviting, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Staff members were friendly, and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive. However, the refrigerator in our room had significant ice build-up, making it less usable. Additionally, while the lobby's decor was beautiful, the furniture in our room was showing signs of wear. Located conveniently near shopping and dining options, the view of Lake Erie was a delightful bonus.

We had a wonderful time visiting Presque Isle State Park. The park's beautiful trails and scenery made for a great family day out. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we loved having our beloved pet with us during our stay. The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind after a busy day.
My kids wished for a better breakfast selection.

Couple's getaway with highs and lows
The friendly staff was a breath of fresh air, especially the morning chef who really made breakfast feel special. It was cozy in the lobby with a warm cup of coffee by the fireplace, watching the snow fall outside, something I really enjoyed being from the desert.
It wasn't exactly pocket change but was tolerable for what we got.

Cozy winter retreat
I had a delightful stay, especially during the snowy days! The room was cozy and clean, providing a lovely view of the winter landscape. The staff were warm and accommodating. I really appreciated them getting me an early check-in despite the weather conditions. However, the cleaning crew could improve their attention to detail, as my room wasn't serviced after I left for a few hours.

The hotel was conveniently located with a friendly staff, making for a pleasant experience. However, the room needed a thorough cleaning and some repairs, such as the peeling wallpaper and worn carpet. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
